Golf 'n' Sun in La Tercia Golf Complex in the south of Spain, a place to play golf, relax, take the sun or simply chill out. A destination that rarely sees cold weather, so you can be sure of a soggy free break with plenty of warmth.

This is an affordable 2 bedroom (sleeping 6), modern fully air-conditioned accommodation in Southern Spain for all the family to enjoy. Easy access from San Javier and Alicante airports which Ryanair serve from many European destinations, so getting here won't be a problem.

Our apartment is fully furnished with all modern appliances, fixtures and furniture. You have everything you need to stay and relax, cook and dine or tee off at the modern golf course just a stone's throw from the apartment. The apartment is on the third floor, with a modern lift to the ground floor, where the fantastic curved and grass surrouned pool with children's facilities are just a 30 second walk away.

Our rates are very reasonable and vary slightly depending on the season. At the moment we are offering some very good deals that will save you money. Combined with cheap flights offered by the low budget airlines, and the good deals we are currently offering, you can be sure to save a lot of money. Lets face it, wouldn't it be better to put all that hard earned money into enjoying the holiday rather than just using it to get here? Not to mention the affordable tariffs at the golf course. Overview of our apartment, grounds, pool and golf course

Large Modern furnished living room and kitchen

This is a large light contemporary fully furnished air-conditioned living room with direct access to a roomy balcony. The leather sofa also doubles as a double sofa-bed. As for the kitchen... This is equipped with full modern dining set, fridge/freezer, washing machine (on second small balcony). The fittings and fixtures have been tastefully chosen.

Large Modern fully furnished bedrooms

The first of the two air-conditioned bedrooms is a twin room. Spacious, airy and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is a large double room with a modern en suit bathroom. Both rooms have shutters that turn the light into pitch black! Great for experiencing a really good night's sleep!.

Views from the apartment balcony

When you step out on to the balcony, you're greeted by vast views of the mountains, Mediterranean and the golf course literally a stone's throw away. As you can see in the photos (left), there are two very good sized pools at the foot of the apartment complex, but what you don't see is the third pool just on the second lawn to the left. This is a massive and beautifully designed pool. All pools are surrounded by lush green grass and are equipped with showers.

The apartment location

The apartment is situated in the south east of Spain. The nearest airport is Murcia International which is around a 15 minute drive. The second nearest airport is Alicante. A bit further at just under an hour, but well worth the drive!

There are many car rental companies available at both airports. Last time we rented a car, it cost just over 50 GBP for three days, and that included un-limited mileage.
